If you believe in Rule of Law, then start helping defend the U.S. Constitution against the federal government!

in

America's economic crisis is multi-faceted. Probably the biggest part of the problem is cultural, in that an unsustainable percentage of the people have become "entitlement-minded". In other words, they want to live off of the "other guy's" labor which has been stolen and redistributed by dominant members of the human pecking order who call themselves "government". That "syndrome" is most clearly and frequently manifested by the race-hustler scammers when they say, "if you don't want to give me more of your money, you're a 'racist', 'bigot', 'homophobe', 'misogynist', 'hater', etc." Race-hustler scumbag1, Congresswoman Maxine Waters manifests the syndrome when she tells the Tea Party to "go to hell!" (You first, Maxine, dahling!) But another, maybe even bigger, part of the problem is general nation-wide ignorance about both the U.S. Constitution and its history, as combined with general ignorance regarding the history of U.S. Supreme Court decisions. That's a deadly recipe for the destruction of individual freedom.

These days, both the Left and the Right insist on talking past each other as a deliberate matter of political2 strategy, trying to attract voters by mouthing their various manipulative wannabe-clever talking points, but saying virtually nothing specific as to how to restore a constitutionally sustainable society and economy. Zero effort is made to educate the public in the subjects of economics, money, politics and the U.S. Constitution (aka "social contract"), because Congress and the MSM, being the fascists3 most of them are, are too busy trying to make important contacts, and get rich. They don't think they have to change, because they are quite certain the public is too stupid to be able to solve the problem/s and implement the solution/s.

Every reasonable person with a modicum of common sense and the four basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) knows that the Left is too damn stupid to live because 1) stealing and redistributing the "other guy's" labor is a self-evidently UNsustainable paradigm for a free, prosperous and harmonious society, and 2) their default debating position is "if you don't agree with me, you're a racist/hater." That's both maddening and boring on its face. The Right would be just as bad with their phony patriotism and lip service to the U.S. Constitution and free enterprise, except they don't employ the worthy-of-death debating fraud of "if you don't agree with me, you're a racist/bigot/hater." (Thank God for small favors!)

I have some yes-or-no questions for both Left and Right. Do you believe in the rule of law, yes or no? If yes, then do you believe the U.S. Constitution ought to be the Supreme Law of the Land, yes or no? Do you believe that the only legitimate way to change the U.S. Constitution is via Article 5, yes or no? If you don't believe in the rule of law, then perhaps we need a Civil War ver 2.0, because many of us armed Americans will not tolerate being made into serfs. On the other hand, if you do believe in rule of law, then perhaps you need to do a little more reading to be able to connect all the dots between that matrix principle and the world's monetary crises.

Dallas Willard begins his magnificent book, The Divine Conspiracy: Rediscovering Our Hidden Life In God, (ISBN 0-06-069333-9 [cloth] ISBN 0-06-069332-0 [pbk]), with a parable I absolutely love: "Recently a pilot was practicing high-speed maneuvers in a jet fighter. She turned the controls for what she thought was a steep ascent—and flew straight into the ground. She was unaware that she had been flying upside down.”

The main reason for America's desperate economic crisis is because too many Americans are flying their intellectual airplanes upside down. Almost none of them understand the mechanics of money, and probably fewer still are aware of the provable documented history of what the Founders thought on the subject of money and legal tender. When you combine that with combative illiterate ad hominem "communication" styles, you have a seriously tangled mess on your hands.

(NOTE: It should be said at this point that the Left started the combative illiterate name calling as their preferred debating style. So I have no problem with those on the Right, such as Andrew Breitbart and Ann Coulter giving tit-for-tat — ZERO problem whatsoever.)

Their lip service to the U.S. Constitution notwithstanding, both the Left and Right behave as is they don't give a damn about the truth of the provable documented history of that document. That means they both behave as if they absolutely did NOT believe in the rule of law, their hollow lip service to it notwithstanding.

The truth of history to which I am referring is in two parts: 1) the debate the Founders had over whether or not they should give the national government the power to print paper money (they voted "No!" 9-2), and 2) the whole truth about what the Bible says regarding fluctuating mediums of exchange, usury and debt. The documentation regarding the Founders' antipathy toward fiat paper currency is located on this website in an essay titled "The Big Lie". The documentation regarding what the Bible says about fluctuating mediums of exchange, usury and debt is located in a blog article titled "Bible truth about money is being hidden from Christians by America’s 501c3 Pharisees posing as godly pastors" and on the "Message for Christians" banner below.

Ridicule can be a powerful tool. One of my favorite "tweets" I like to post on Twitter is: "AMERICA'S JUDICIARIES R TRAITORS 2 the U.S. Constitution. It will take a Judicial Reform Amendment 2 settle their hash! http://bit.ly/19ZndM." I found a picture of the U.S. Supreme Court (prior to the appointment of Elena Kagan) dressed as gangsters. If you will bother to read and assimilate the information contained in these essays about how blatantly various majorities of the U.S. Supreme Court have out-and-out lied to the American people about history in their so-called "legal tender" cases (and many other cases as well), you will be able to appreciate why I put the parody picture of The-Supremes-as-gangsters on this website. If you click on the little 200 pixel banner, it will be enlarged to 615 pixels.

I absolutely despise the intellectual imperialism, arrogance, elitism, dishonesty and manipulation of the autonomous legal profession which runs our lives. Following is a video in which Dr. Edwin Vieira, possessor of four degrees from Harvard, speaks about the intellectual imperialism (his term) and how it is spread by the teaching methods used in law schools. It's not for nothing that Shakespeare said, "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers." (Henry VI, Part 2 Act 4, scene 2)

Part 5/5 Edwin Vieira at Faneuil Hall Dec 14 2008

For your convenience, I transcribed Dr. Vieira's anecdote about how law is taught, and linked a PDF file HERE.

That brings us to the question, "What can I, just one person, do about all this gubmint lying? Easy. Do everything you can to get these truths of history out to as many people as you can. Work continually on that project. The alternative is continuation of the ongoing never-ending stream of government lies, corruption and cover-ups such as JFK, RFK, MLK, 9-11, Kenyan Usurper's (Obama's) non-natural-born status, TWA 800, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Congressman George Hansen, Congressman Jim Traficant, Gordon Kahl, Leonard Peltier, Vince Foster, Ron Brown, and on, and on, and on. Alway remember what freedom fighter Mohandas K. Gandhi said, "If you are a minority of one, the truth is still the truth."

Big Sis shuts down public use of police scanner communication - This is treason, pure and simple! FOOTNOTES:

1. As I said in the "Welcome" section of this website, (it bears constant repetition): Regarding the words "scum" and "scumbag" as an epithet used in self-defensive demonization against select individuals. Hey, what can I say? It is a long-proven statistical fact that negative political ads work. And since the so-called "left" uses lies, half-truths, demonization and the politics of personal destruction as standard political strategies, failure to engage in a little "turn about is fair play" merely makes it easier for the various assortments of disordered illiterate fascist control freaks to destroy individual freedom. As I said on my blog homepage, "Some folks just think they're smarter than everybody else, a higher form of life than everybody else. So, instead of engaging in good faith discussions about specific ideas, they simply resort to deception, sophistry, unspecificity, undefined terms, manipulation, demonization and the politics of personal destruction AS A MATTER OF PREFERRED STRATEGY to get their little spoiled-brat control-freak way. Such behavior is anathema to intellectual honesty, an open mind, a kind heart, free inquiry, the freedoms of thought and speech, and the free flow of information. It MUST be eternally warred against if humankind is to entertain a realistic hope of ever reaching its full spiritual and intellectual potential." To avoid the violence which is directly related to repression of free speech and the crushing of polite and civil discourse, I believe it is essential to engage in strategic tit-for-tat with wannabe-clever manipulative demonizers by openly calling them what they are: the anti-freedom, anti-Golden-Rule scum of the earth (aka "scumbags"). Accordingly, it doesn't bother me in the least to do so. No less brilliant a person than Jesus of Nazareth himself referred to the scumbags of his day as "hypocrites", "blind guides", "vipers" and "whitewashed sepulchres". To paraphrase Ann Coulter, Jesus was not some moron driving around in a Volvo with a "be nice to people" bumper sticker on it. So, having read The Art of Political War and Other Radical Pursuits by David Horowitz, I don't have any problem with calling reprobate, treasonous-to-the-U.S.-Constitution "scum" what it is.

2. Always remember, "politics" = person or group A trying to persuade person or group B to obey the will of A, most frequently for the personal financial benefit of A and to the personal financial detriment (higher taxes) of B. That is why deception = the so-called "art" of politics. That is also why "politician" = professional deceiver, and why "political" = deception-based, or having to do with deception. Everybody is competing for political power to steal labor and money out of the "other guy's" pocket and put it in their own. Politicians get votes by promising to be all things to all people. Because that is a physical impossibility, most of their promises of necessity get broken. Because they know this in advance, they are ALL liars to one degree or another. The king is always the most corrupt person in the kingdom. After all, the first two kings of Israel, Saul and David, were murderers. In my opinion, any person who sincerely wants to be the king is criminally insane and an implacable deadly enemy to individual freedom.

3. Fascism = private economic enterprise under centralized governmental control. — Webster’s New World Dictionary of the American Language, Second College Edition. I would expand that definition: fascism = private economic enterprise under centralized governmental control, in which “government” is used as a “business” tool by private interests. Another way of articulating the same idea is: fascism = private ownership of government.

John Flynn defined the word thusly: “Fascism is a system of social organization in which the political state is a dictatorship supported by a political elite and in which the economic society is an autarchial capitalism, enclosed and planned, in which the government assumes responsibility for creating adequate purchasing power through the instrumentality of national debt and in which militarism is adopted as a great economic project for creating work as well as a great romantic project in the service of the imperialist state.” [As We Go Marching, p. 161, 2nd ed.] — John T. Flynn (1882-1964) American Journalist and Author

"Fascist" = scumbag1 "businessman" who uses the police powers of government (via bribes, special-interest legislation, holding office himself, etc) to corruptly increase profits and eliminate or reduce competition for his (or her) business/es beyond what they would be in a genuinely fair and free marketplace comprised of willing sellers and willing buyers.

MANY Democrats and Republicans are fascists, especially the ones in Congress. To paraphrase Jesse Ventura in a conversation with Willie Nelson and Alex Jones, the DEMS and GOP are like professional wrestling: they pretend to be adversaries in public. But behind closed doors, they're good buddies, hanging out with each other, making business deals and having dinner together at fancy restaurants and at each other homes and mansions.

Under construction . . .
